A spark hour = 1 spark staked for one hour. So if you only had 1 spark (1000 sparklet) and need 500 spark hours, you stake that 1 spark for 500 hours. If you had 2 spark, it would take 250 hours and so on.

Not all utility tokens are the same. This one generates houses and fuels vehicles. Not really sure how this debate is relevant to the post, though, which isn't remotely about staking utility tokens
