ETHG is a token that was airdropped to a lot of people. It is not sellable by design from the token team. The price impact is due to the amount of token you are attempting to sell vs the available liquidity.There is no way to sell these tokens.

It should be noted Collecting Fees does not fail at Auto or 0.5% max slippage. But Removing liquidity does fail at slippage lower than 2%. I don't want my transaction to be front-run.

Price impact is caused by the available liquidity, the amount you are swapping, and the LP fee. You will likely encounter the same price impact across any interface you attempt to swap with.
