@xrphumanperson @FlareNetworks If you are using a phone it is usually the cache in the wallet app. Most times restarting the phone works to clear that cache issue.

I believe Flare has some kind of criteria for when a coin needs to be added right away. I assume it is market cap. sFLR is in the process of being added. I'm farly sure we won't have to wait much longer.

The exchange rate might not be the same as it depends on selling and buying in a Dex and not unstaking. That might be something you want to check.
