I don't use cro but had the same issue with other exchanges. Try to add ""ckb"" into the other field before you save or enter the address.

I assume you mean Neuron. You can re-import the seed to add the password. Passwords are created when importing or creating a new wallet.

They'll let you take your coins off, just not trade anything. Neuron wallet works as a valid address format. I had this issue eventually just figured out you have to just transfer them off. That's all you can do.
