Add metamask wallet extension, setup new wallet with both Sonic and Fantom Opera mainnets. Move your FTM to the Metamask wallet, connect your metamask wallet to https://my.soniclabs.com/(https://my.soniclabs.com/) and go to upgrade to sonic.

It's a metamask bug it says ETH but it js because you are trying to swap 100% of your ftm leave a tiny bit for a the tx fee and it'll work

There is no time limit on migration ftm to sonic but there is 90 days limit for sonic to ftm. I think if you want to keep holding just migrate to sonic. I don’t know about the price, im not sure if its recover as the migration was awful
