I know all the systems are interlinked, as when we have had volume issues in the past it has affected several systems and required the team to do 'something' in the background to fix it (lack of terminology on my end as I'm no developer) Generally it[...]

I just assumed if it was frozen, they had done that themselves as a freeze generally comes before a fix

I didn't know you knew it was broken again. This was a new development given it was briefly fixed. Whatever strategy they are taking in fixing it seems to be not working.

As we have really zero information from them, we dont know if they know. We dont know why they are unable to fix this in months. We dont even know if they want or will fix this. So we ask questions, I tought its the purpose of these TG groups...

There are no ETAs for any fixes, I've only received acknowledgement of the issue. If anything changes I'll post about it here.

Bringing it up every few days won't give a different outcome - I acknowledged the issue a while ago, the devs have acknowledged it also.They don't actively watch this group, that's the role of community management (myself)
