It's normal you have locked tokens after uploading the file, because it takes few Go's (storage isn't free)

Hey Arnaud, yes. I believe I followed the directions. When I run the command to see the file list I see my VM. What's weird is that even though the VM hasn't deployed successfully for some reason some of my tokens are ""locked"".
