It is about the cost of developing on cardano, Chang does not change that. It has however improved alot with aiken, but the team has other priorities ATM.

I was going to ask the same. Cardano just got Chang fork check to see if what you need is already there are a lot of improvements, more to come after hydra.

Hello. The team is currently focused on EVM compatibility and Layer 2 solutions for the dApp. While there are no updates for Cardano at the moment, PBX is still available for use on several Cardano DEXes.
